The hotel was a handy base for enjoying a beach area, very close to California, and other attractions. Enjoyed the room, it was fine and good sized. The location of the property was favourable - at a moderate distance from Lee's Nails & Spa.

The staff was extremely attentive and provided wake-up calls and free ironing services, offering us a budget-friendly room with a microwave and fridge included in the rate of $73.

It was close to our family member's dwelling and your on line photo shot of the room displayed a more pleasing room than it actually was; for those reasons only did we choose.
The up keep left much to be desired: the bathrm. Door would not close, the tiolet seat was unattached on one side, the towels were in poor condition and needed to be trashed..........

I found the Oak Tree Motel to be basic but with all the amenities one would expect for the price. The manager was very attentive and professional. The rooms were clean and the fixtures new. I would recommend this motel for anyone who needs a budget place to sleep whilst visiting Long Beach.

My wife and I stayed at the Scottish Inns for two nights while exploring the area. the location was fantastic with plenty of dining options nearby. the room had a comfortable bed, wood floors, and included an iron, which I found convenient. Additionally, the staff was friendly and helpful, making our stay enjoyable.
Would be happy to recommend this hotel.
